• Drills can be ground with Point Angles from 118° to 135° to improve hole finish and/or to better cut difficult materials.
• Drill Lip Relief Angle can be varied to cut difficult materials better.
• Drill Chisel Edge / Point can be varied to better suit difficult materials.
• Drill Bit Cutting Edge can be quickly sharpened to a common Chisel Point in a 2 step grinding process.
• Drill Point can be Split to increase cutting efficiency or make it self-centering virtually eliminating the need to use a Center Punch and reduce walk-around on material before it begins to cut.
• Drill Holder and Guides are machined from Steel for rigidity, accuracy and durability, no pliable Plastics that lack rigidity, accuracy and quickly wear.

• Standard Collet Set (mm) & equivalent imperial size: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (1/4"), 8 (5/16"), 9 (11/32"), 10 (3/8"), 11 (13/32"), 12 (7/16") & 13 (1/2").

	Assemble Collet (2) in Holder (1) ensuring Groove at back of Collet engages with Key in Holder, lightly Screw into (4). Fit Drill into assembly and tighten very lightly.
	Adjust material removal scale to suit Drill diameter. Insert Holder assembly with Drill into Alignment Guide, rotate Holder clockwise against stop,  press Drill inwards against depth gauge, rotate Drill clockwise against alignment stop and tighten (1). Remove Holder & ensure Drill Center Point is positioned as pictured. Lip Relief Angle can be varied by rotating drill slightly.
	Switch on Power. Gently insert Holder into Sharpening Guide until the Drill contacts Grinding Wheel, rotate clockwise & anticlockwise until grinding ceases, rotate 180° & repeat operation. Drill is now ready for use.
	To create or reform a Split-Point. Adjust depth scale to achieve degree of 'Split' required, gently insert Holder into Split-Point Guide until the Drill contacts Grinding Wheel, rotate clockwise & anticlockwise until grinding ceases, rotate 180° & repeat operation. Drill is now ready for use.
